Take advantage of the best sporting experiences around with the North East Sports Academy (NESA) at TyneMet.
All full-time students can receive up to 10 hours of professional sports training and coaching per week no matter which subject you are studying. Sports coaching includes men's and women's football, basketball, rugby and badminton.
TyneMet's gym 'Flex Fitness' offers you strength and conditioning support, physio support, personal training and exercise classes as well as all the modern equipment you'd expect, all on campus.
