INTRODUCTION
Entry into Uniformed or Public Services courses at TyneMet are the perfect springboard for a great career. Courses are designed to introduce you to the various public and uniformed organisations such as the Army, Royal Navy & Royal Air Force as well as the Prison, Police, Fire and Ambulance Services.
WHY study UNIFORMED at TyneMet?
You will develop excellent communication and team working skills as well as reaching a good level of fitness to prepare you for the requirements of the sector.
The Uniformed Services department at TyneMet College outranked all other English schools in its category to win two Good Schools Guide Awards in 2011 and a further two Good Schools Guide Awards in 2012.
TyneMet's Uniformed / Public Services students were regional winners of the 2012 inter-college competition.
