STRATEGIC PLAN 2012-15
Tyne Metropolitan College is ambitious for itself, its learners and its communities. In our previous strategic plan From Mission to Action, which covered the period 2009-12, we set about raising our levels of performance in all aspects of service delivery, recovering our financial health and improving our reputation amongst our key stakeholders. From Mission to Action marked a turning point for TyneMet with demonstrable improvements being achieved in quality and financial performance, positive feedback being received from our stakeholders and the attainment of quality kite-marks. However, the desire to continually improve is at the heart of our values.
